SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

The products are delivered worldwide. If you want your delivery to be made to the address of a hotel, please contact us at contact@yellijewels.com.

Prices are quoted in euros All taxes included including VAT .
They exclude delivery charges. The prices indicated take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. If the VAT rate modifies, these changes could be reflected in the price of the items.
Any order placed on the site and delivered outside Morocco may be subject to taxes and customs duties.

The Delivery Fees depend on the weight of the order and on your country. In any case, the amount of the Delivery Costs is indicated to you before the Validation of you order.

The delivery times are in working days and correspond to the average time of preparation and delivery of the order in your country

Delivery Times run from the date we send you a confirmation order and takes into consideration production delays.

 Please note that a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your product will be shipped from Morocco.

The distribution of the products is done against signature from the Recipient.

For now YELLI JEWELS provides only express delivery ( with Chronopost or UPS).

Depending on where you are based and if the product you choose is available,  you will receive your purchase quickly after it has been shipped : within 7 and 14 days depending on the availability of the product and your destination. In case of absence, a notice is left to the Recipient or by mail or telephone. From the date mentioned on the notice of passage, you have 15 days to withdraw your item in the office of the carrier in charge of it.

Please note that any change of delivery address after ordering may lead to an extension of the delivery time.

Please note that delivery times may change depending on the availability of the jewels that you would you have chosen.

In case of late delivery, your order is not canceled.

If the delivery time may change because of the production for example, YELLI JEWELS informs you by e-mail that the Delivery will occur late.  Then, you may  have the option to cancel the order by sending us an email a notice of cancellation  at contact@yellijewels.com

If your order has not been dispatched yet when we receive your cancellation notice, the delivery is blocked and you will be refunded within fourteen days following the receipt of the cancellation notice.

If your Order has already been dispatched when YELLI JEWELS  receives your cancellation notice, you may still cancel the Order by refusing the product when you are being delivered.  Then, you will be refunded  within 14 days. Note please  that the return costs that are non refundable. 

YELLI JEWELS works with fast and reliable international carriers, however, it is possible, as in any shipment, that there may be a delay in delivery or that the product gets lost. If there is a late delivery (7 days after the order has been shipped, you have to inform YELLI JEWELS customer service trough contact@yellijewels.com . We  will send the information to the carrier to open an investigation .This inquiry may last up to 21 days from its opening.I f during this period, the product is found, it will be sent back immediately to the Recipient's home . If, however, the product is not found after 21 days of investigation, the carrier considers the package as lost.

YELLI JEWELS will send you a replacement product, at its own expenses. If the lost product (s) are no longer available at that time, Yelli Jewels will reimburse the amount of these products.

YELLI JEWELS  is not in charge of longer delivery times or losses because of the carriers and strikes.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

When being delivered, you must immediately check, in the presence of the carrier, the condition of the packaging and the Product delivered.

If the packaging is damaged, torn or opened, you must then check the condition of the Products it contains. If these Products have been damaged, you must refuse the package and note a reserve on the delivery slip: damage, missing item, damaged package, broken article ... This check is deemed to be made by ou, or a person you authorize to  sign the delivery note.

You must confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier within two (2) business days following the date of delivery a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt setting out the claims. You must send a copy of this letter by e-mail to contact@yellijewels.com

You must then confirm by registered mail your observations to the carrier no later than three days after , not including holidays, following the receipt of the Products and send a copy of this letter to YELLI JEWELS

If you notice a defect of the product after the delivery, you will be only one charge of it and the fees of the shipment won't be paid back.
Also, if you enjoyed free delivery and that you decide to return all the products you orders, the shipment delivery (approximately 10 euros in Europe) won't be paid you back.

YELLI JEWELS reserves the right to ask you to  return the non-conforming or damaged Product.

In case of abnormal or abusive returns,YELLI JEWELS reserves the right to refuse to honor a subsequent order.

You have a period of 7 days after receipt of your order to return your purchases against payment if they are not suitable in these conditions : perfect conditions of packaging, jewels, products delivered with them.

We do not do standard exchange. For a new size, another model or another color, just reorder on the e-shop.
