YELLI JEWELS are handmade in Morocco with love. Every piece is unique. Colors, designs, sizes may slightly change.

What you may consider as an imperfection actually guarantees the authenticity and originality of your jewel. These jewels are a testimony of generations handicrafts know-how and knowledge.

Jewels out of stock

You may have the option to pre-order the jewel depending on your selection. The production and delivery time may change depending on your choice.

Payment

All bank details entered on our site are secured and encrypted by the SSL protocol. No payment data is stored in our server.

We provide Paypal payments and payments with credit cards.

Delivery


We deliver worldwide. If you are in Morocco the shipment is free, otherwise please refer to the shipping policy to get more information about the costs and time delivery.

Please note that the shipping cost doesn't include taxes . Do not hesitate to contact us contact@yellijewels.com for any further information.

Order cancelations

You have 24 hours to cancel your order for free. Otherwise, please find the necessary informations in our shipping & returns policy

Returns

You can return the unused item in the box within 7 days after received it. No justification is required.

Be sure to put the jewel in its original packaging with all the products delivered and to provide the bill to get back your money.

The return shipping is free if you are in Morocco, otherwise please note that you will be in charge of it. Only the costs of the products will be reimbursed, not the delivery. 
Please, also note that if you enjoyed free delivery (outside of Morocco) , the delivery fees of the first shipment (aproximately 10 euros in Europe) won't be reimbursed.

Refunds


Please read to what extent you can be refunded in our shipping & returns policy. If our policy allows it, you will be refunded within 14 days (PAYPAL or Voucher) after we received the product.

We don't make standard exchange. For a new color or other product, please make a new order in our e-shop.


Damaged or non-compliant jewels

When your product is delivered, please make sure with the carrier that the packaging and product are in a good conditions. Otherwise, please do not accept it.
Please fill the carrier slip to explain the problem and contact our service department by email at: contact@yellijewels.com.
Please note that any damage noticed after the delivery will not be refunded.

The product received does not correspond to the product ordered. YELLI JEWELS acts as a third party to validate the non-compliance. If this is proven, you will be refunded and YELLI JEWELS will refund all the costs.


Th care of your jewelry

For your silver jewels, you can use a teeth brush with lemon or baking soda to polish them. To avoid sun exposure and a color change, please store your jewels in its original pouch. For more tips, please check our care advice.
